Chappell Roan is a lesbian pop singer, known for her ballads about fraught queer relationships. In her hit song Good Luck, Babe, she sings to a woman repressing queer desire, telling her, “You can kiss a hundred boys in bars [but] ... you'd have to stop the world just to stop the feeling”. Chappell stands with LGBTQ communities. During her '23-'24 tour, she donated $1/ ticket to For the Gworls, which provides financial support to Black trans people.
