Charli XCX is an English singer/songwriter who has written hit songs for herself and other artists. Charli began her career performing at warehouse raves when she was a teen. She has a large queer fan base and her songs are popular with drag performers. She frequently collaborates with LGBTQ artists. Charli says, “In 2016, I released "Vroom Vroom", and I found support from a strong, proud LGBTQ+ audience. Their confidence really inspired my own confidence and I began to understand who I am as a person and as an artist.”
